What is Raspberry Ketone?
You have probably heard the name Raspberry Ketone on TV recently. It is the most recent "miracle" dietary supplement on the market. But how does it work, you might wonder. What makes it different from all the diet pills available today. First of all, Raspberry Ketone is 100% natural. According to FOX News, it has been on FDA's Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) list since 1965 and it has no known side effects. It recently got a lot of attention after it was featured on Dr. Oz's show “5 Fat Busters, for 5 Body Types, in 5 Days”. He called it a "Miracle" Weight Loss Supplement. Raspberry Ketone is natural phenolic compound, or enzyme responsible for the aroma and sweet smell of raspberries and it is believed this characteristic gives Raspberry Ketones the tendency to help suppress appetite because of the natural digestive enzymes found in Red Raspberries. The compound also regulates adiponectin, a hormone that causes your body to boost metabolism. In turn, the fat within your cells gets broken up more effectively, helping your body burn fat faster and more efficiently. Dr. Oz explains it the best. Please watch the video below.
